 Oracle HCM - Advanced Access Controls & User Roles Specialist (Remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Security Specialist with deep expertise in Advanced Access Controls (AAC) and role-based security for a fully remote position with a leading global consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement user roles, data security policies, and access controls in Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Configure and maintain Advanced Access Controls (AAC) to monitor and prevent segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to align security policies with business requirements

  • Conduct access reviews, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes

  • Support internal/external audits and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud security

  • Expertise in AAC, SoD, and HCM Data Security

  • Strong understanding of role design principles (job roles, duty roles, abstract roles)

  • Experience with Oracle Identity Governance is a plus

  • Oracle Cloud Certification (HCM/Security) preferred
