We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of their work. You don't need to know every system on day one. You should have a solid accounting foundation, hands-on QuickBooks experience, and an interest in learning more about payroll, HR, and business operations.

Accounting & Billing
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare customer invoices and record payments.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end accounting and financial reporting.
- Review consultant timecards and support payroll processing.
- Prepare invoices based on timecards, Statements of Work (SOWs), project milestones, and customer Purchase Orders.
- Assist with MSP/VMS billing platforms such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, VectorVMS, and Workday VNDLY.
- Work with Sales, Recruiting, and Account Management to resolve billing and payroll discrepancies.
Payroll, HR & Operations
- Assist with semi-monthly payroll and maintain employee information in ADP Workforce Now.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for new employees and consultants.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Assist with I-9/E-Verify, background checks, benefits enrollment, PTO, and employee changes.
- Support offer letters and other employment documentation.
- Assist with vendor management, company records, software subscriptions, and employee equipment.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or related business operations.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online.
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information.
- Willingness to support accounting, payroll, HR, and general business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another payroll/HRIS platform.
- Experience with payroll and employee onboarding.
- Experience in IT consulting, staffing, or professional services.
- Familiarity with consultant timecards, SOWs, Purchase Orders, and project-based billing.
- Exposure to MSP/VMS platforms such as Beeline or SAP Fieldglass.
