Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain technology solutions, including architecting and implementing integrations across multiple platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud technologies, CI/CD, microservices, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
Architect and implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployments and improve system reliability.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in cloud and on-prem environments.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or systems architecture.
Strong expertise in AWS, CloudFoundry, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Linux environments.
Experience with Alfresco, Activiti, or similar platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) are a plus.

Hybrid/onsite work model in Philadelphia, PA.
