# Skilled Nursing RN
Clark County Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a skilled nursing assignment in Owen, Wisconsin. The position is based at W4266 County Highway X, Owen, Wisconsin 54460.

The nurse will work eight-hour mid shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including every other weekend. This is a floor-nurse role that also requires the ability to fill in for the supervisor when needed. The listed start date is September 21.

## Responsibilities
- Work as a floor nurse in the skilled nursing setting.
- Fill in for the supervisor when needed.
- Complete assigned nursing responsibilities during the scheduled mid shift.
- Meet the facility's listed screening and health documentation requirements.

## Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- At least two years of recent long-term care experience.
- Current BCLS certification.
- DHHS background check.
- National, state, and county background checks.
- Ten-panel drug screen.
- Two-step TB documentation and Hepatitis B, MMR, Tdap, and Varicella records.
- Ability to cover supervisory responsibilities when requested.
