Technical Program Manager
Job Description: Technical Program Manager II (Telecom Experience Preferred)

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans in collaboration with the lead engineer and product owner.
Track tasks, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate and drive go-to-market activities, testing, and release management.
Facilitate bug triage sessions and monitor issue resolution with engineering and product teams.
Oversee change request processes, including documentation and tracking.
Support project scheduling decisions and lead discussions to resolve blockers.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify critical path risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
Report weekly (or as required) on risks, issues, and dependencies.
Collaborate with other project managers to align inter-project dependencies.
Communicate key milestones, escalations, and project health to leadership.
Assist in budget planning and tracking for project-specific initiatives.
Note:
While not explicitly outlined above, this role will initially focus on Scrum Master and Release Management functions, with gradual expansion to support select projects after onboarding and team alignment.
