Position Overview

Inabia is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support medication management services within the hospital pharmacy department. The pharmacist will oversee medication dispensing, review physician orders, and ensure safe medication use for patients.

Work Environment

This role operates in a community hospital pharmacy environment supporting both inpatient and outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify physician medication orders.
Dispense medications safely and accurately.
Monitor drug therapy for interactions and appropriate dosing.
Provide medication counseling to patients and healthcare staff.
Maintain pharmacy inventory and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to support patient care.

Requirements

(PharmD) or equivalent degree
Active Pharmacist license
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Strong knowledge of medication safety practices

Schedule

5 x 8 hour day shifts
