Position Overview
Inabia is looking for a COTA to join our team in a Rehabilitation setting. If you’re passionate about patient-centered care and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT and help patients progress toward meaningful functional goals. If you enjoy building rapport and making a difference every day, we’d love to connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy treatment interventions under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Support patient progress toward functional goals involving ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence.
- Document treatments, patient response, and progress accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Active California COTA license/certification required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
Schedule
- Shift: 5 x 8 shifts.
