## Responsibilities

- Complete occupational therapy assessments.
- Perform treatments, monitoring, and training for clients and staff.
- Complete required documentation and reports by applicable deadlines.
- Plan programs for individuals with a variety of diagnoses.
- Attend client meetings or provide information when needed.
- Relay information to team members and teach Direct Support Professional staff in the homes.
- Follow HHSC and facility rules, regulations, and policies.
