Responsibilities

- Observe and document resident status and report relevant changes to the nursing team.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to maintain consistent resident care.
- Complete required documentation and responsibilities for the assigned shift.
Qualifications
- LPN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment.
- Ability to work the 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. schedule.
- Availability for every-other-weekend coverage.
- Ability to complete the responsibilities of a day-shift skilled nursing LPN.
