Position Overview

Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing therapy team in a supportive, patient-centered rehab environment.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about restoring independence and improving quality of life for patients in a post-acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional impairments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license (New Mexico or eligible)
• Minimum 1+ year of OT experience, preferably in SNF or rehab settings
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
