Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a rehabilitation therapy assignment at Life Care Center of McMinnville in McMinnville, Oregon. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour day shifts. The COTA will work as part of the rehabilitation team and provide occupational therapy services to patients in the facility. Candidates must have BLS certification and a current Oregon state license or compact license.

The facility will consider new graduate COTAs for this position. The COTA will collaborate with occupational therapists, rehabilitation professionals, nursing staff, and other members of the care team to support patient care and functional rehabilitation goals. A 90% productivity requirement applies to this position. Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment while maintaining appropriate clinical, documentation, and productivity standards.
