## Responsibilities
- Provide home health and hospice nursing coverage.
- Complete scheduled visits and participate in weekday and weekend on-call coverage.
- Use a facility fleet vehicle when assigned.

## Qualifications
- Registered Nurse credentials.
- Home health and hospice experience is preferred.
- Clean driving record.

## Schedule
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch.
- One to two weekends per month.
- Weekday call runs from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on two to three days per week.
- Weekend call runs from Saturday at 8:00 a.m. through Monday at 8:00 a.m.
- No scrub-color preference.
