A Skilled Nursing RN is needed for an overnight opening in Grantsburg, Wisconsin 54840. Responsibilities

- Observe and document resident status and communicate relevant changes to the care team.
- Coordinate with nursing and support staff to maintain organized, consistent resident care.
- Complete required documentation and assigned shift responsibilities.
Qualifications
- RN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment.
- Ability to work three overnight shifts each week.
- Availability for the 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. schedule.
- Ability to provide resident-centered care throughout the night shift.
