Oasis Home Health Care LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home health services in and around Casa Grande, Arizona. The clinician will manage approximately 6–7 patient visits per day, working closely with a case manager to coordinate patient care. The role involves primarily wound care, which accounts for approximately 60–70% of the workload, with the remaining responsibilities focused on patient teaching and related therapy services.

Candidates should have OASIS experience and Axxess charting experience, along with a BLS certification and Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. The service area is within approximately a 20–25 mile radius of Casa Grande. Mileage is included in the bill rate, so the traveler will not be required to separately track or report mileage.
