A Skilled Nursing LPN is needed for a night-shift opening in Sanford, Maine 04073. Responsibilities
- Provide practical nursing support to residents in the skilled nursing environment.
- Follow established care plans, nursing procedures, and assigned shift routines.
- Observe and document resident status and report relevant changes to the nursing team.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to maintain consistent resident care.
- Complete required documentation and responsibilities for the assigned shift.
Qualifications
- Active Maine LPN license.
- Minimum of two years of recent long-term care experience.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Maine DHHS background check.
- National, state, and county background checks.
- 10-panel drug screen.
- Two-step TB screening and Hepatitis B, MMR, Tdap, and varicella documentation.
