Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Med/Surg unit. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic patient care including vital signs monitoring and patient assessments
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative care
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/physician
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Support patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
