Position Overview

Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a travel assignment at a critical access hospital in Rolla, North Dakota. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, self-sufficient professional who is comfortable working independently in a rural healthcare setting.

You will play a vital role in ensuring safe medication practices and supporting patient care in a facility where autonomy and clinical judgment are essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense medications accurately and in compliance with all regulations
  • Review prescriptions for safety, dosage accuracy, and interactions
  • Provide clinical guidance to healthcare staff and patients
  • Monitor patient medication therapy and outcomes
  • Maintain proper documentation and pharmacy records
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Active Pharmacist license (North Dakota or eligible for licensure)
  • Minimum 1–2+ years of pharmacist experience (hospital or clinical preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in a critical access setting
  • Strong attention to detail and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
