Design, develop, implement, and analyze product requirements for Wi-Fi architecture on Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) products.
Optimize Wi-Fi radio and antenna parameters to enhance customer experience.
Develop metrics to measure performance improvements.
Build setups to simulate real-world conditions and research traffic models.
Analyze industry trends for lab testing and collaborate with project teams to develop test strategies.
Establish best practices and understand deployment manuals in a fast-paced DevOps environment.
Quickly tailor automation solutions to identify, reproduce, and resolve lab/field defects.
Lead teams and projects, sharing expertise in complex environments.

8+ years of experience with WLAN protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be).
Expertise in security protocols (WPA2, WPA3, 802.1X).
Familiarity with Wi-Fi extenders, mesh, and steering protocols (802.11k, 802.11v, 802.11r).
Strong collaboration with Product and Development teams to define technical requirements.
Ability to characterize Wi-Fi behavior in new products and resolve engineering challenges.
Communicate with tool development teams to optimize automation for new test features.
Review and validate design specifications, emphasizing product architecture, testability, and verification.
Assist in developing Quality Assurance strategies and methodologies for product testing.
Familiarity with advanced Wi-Fi test automation frameworks and industry standards (IEEE, WFA, WBA, IETF).
Proactively identify and resolve product defects, driving issues to resolution.
