We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP S/4 Data Lead to oversee the end-to-end data conversion process as we transition from non-SAP legacy systems to a greenfield SAP S/4HANA landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration, data cleansing, and data construction, as well as a deep understanding of SAP best practices for preparing and executing successful data loads into SAP S/4HANA. This role will be critical in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of data throughout the conversion process.

Experience:
5-10 years of experience in SAP data migration or conversion, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or lead role
Proven experience with data migration projects, including conversion from non-SAP legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA best practices for data preparation, construction, and load.
Experience working with various data migration tools such as SAP Data Services, SAP LSMW, LTMC, BODs, or other ETL technologies.
Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, particularly FI/CO, MM, SD, and their associated data structures.
