Physical Therapist Assistant
Inabia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its Rehab Therapy team. This role supports licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to patients, helping improve mobility, strength, and overall functional outcomes.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as directed
Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising Physical Therapists
Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper movement techniques
Document treatment sessions accurately and timely in accordance with clinic policies
Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
Collaborate with therapy staff and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
Schedule
Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts
Daytime clinical hours
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Previous outpatient or rehab experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and documentation skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
