Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Abilene, TX
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annually
Bonus: 15% annual bonus
Relocation: Relocation assistance available
Visa: USC and GC only

Key Requirements
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong HR Generalist background and mandatory manufacturing/plant experience.
Candidates should have experience with:

HR Business Partner or HR Manager responsibilities within a manufacturing/plant environment
Supporting plant leadership and manufacturing employees
Employee onboarding, retention, interviewing, and recruiting
Leading complex HR projects from initiation through completion
HR process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation
SOP development/redesign and process implementation
HR metrics, KPIs, and data analysis
Strategic planning and translating business objectives into HR initiatives
Stakeholder management and employee relations
Mentoring and developing junior HR team members
