Position Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong AutoCAD expertise and commercial/interior design experience. The candidate will manage client accounts from design through post-installation, create design and construction drawings, support sales presentations, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure projects are completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts from design through post-installation.
- Create and present design options, including space planning, ceilings, lighting, furniture, and finishes.
- Prepare client sign-off packages and construction drawings.
- Create and update drawings using AutoCAD.
- Respond to client and contractor inquiries.
- Coordinate projects with various internal departments.
- Support sales representatives with client presentations, quotes, orders, and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM records and project correspondence.
- Stay current with interior design trends and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.
- 5+ years of interior design, space planning, or commercial design experience.
- Strong 2D and 3D AutoCAD experience.
- Advanced knowledge of interior design principles and practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with purchase orders.
- Sales experience within a design role is a plus.
