They ensure that the pay rules in UKG align perfectly with the payroll elements in Oracle.
Key Responsibilities: Pay Rule Mapping :Mapping UKG code - Overtime, Double-time) to the corresponding Oracle Payroll elements.
Requirement Gathering: Leading workshops with stakeholders to document complex business scenarios like shift differentials or retroactive adjustments.
Compliance Validation: Ensuring the solution meets US Regulatory requirements and tax regulations.
Testing Leadership: Designing and executing System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Essential Skills: Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Absence Management, and payroll processing cycles.
