• 6 to 8 years of Techno-Functional experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) module
• Must have hands-on experience in Fusion Incentive Comp functionalities: Compensation Plan, Plan Components, Performance Measure, Rate Table, • Must have Experience with business process modeling and simplification
• Must have Experience with fusion data analysis and reporting
• Must have Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must have Experience with CRM and HCM cloud systems (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud)
• Should have Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have readiness to work in different shifts on rotational basis, including weekend on-call support
• Must have good understanding of Service level agreements framework
