Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse


Floyd County Medical Center has an urgent need for an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Charles City, Iowa. The position is located at 800 Eleventh Street, Charles City, Iowa 50616.
This is an urgent, ASAP-start night shift assignment. The facility performs approximately 130 deliveries per year and staffs to AWHONN standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Labor and Delivery nursing care in accordance with AWHONN standards.
  • Manage night shift patient care and participate in every-other-weekend scheduling.
  • Maintain competency in fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation.
Qualifications
  • Current AWHONN certification preferred.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current NRP certification.
