Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room provides immediate and critical care to patients with acute illnesses or injuries. The RN is responsible for rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization of patients in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform triage and prioritize patients based on severity of condition
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and monitoring
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist in emergency procedures and life-saving interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
