Job Description:
An SAP SuccessFactors SME (Subject Matter Expert) is a highly skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing HR functions within the system, including Payroll, Time and Benefits, by collaborating with HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective SuccessFactors configurations and solutions

Required skills and qualifications:
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax calculations, and regulatory compliance
- Expertise in data mapping, integration, and system configuration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliverables
- Experience in testing and training end customers on the solution
