Skilled Nursing RN - Nights

A Skilled Nursing RN is needed for an overnight opening in Grantsburg, Wisconsin 54840. The position is based at 257 West Saint George Avenue in a skilled nursing setting.
The RN will support residents and the nursing team across three scheduled night shifts each week. The listed shift begins in the evening and continues through the following morning.

Responsibilities

Provide resident-centered nursing support within the skilled nursing setting.
Follow established care plans and nursing procedures throughout the assigned shift.
Observe and document resident status and communicate relevant changes to the care team.
Coordinate with nursing and support staff to maintain organized, consistent resident care.
Complete required documentation and assigned shift responsibilities.

Qualifications

RN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment.
Ability to work three overnight shifts each week.
Availability for the 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. schedule.
Ability to provide resident-centered care throughout the night shift.
