Position Overview
Inabia is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join the outpatient rehabilitation team in Los Lunas, New Mexico. The position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and a consistent weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and deliver therapy services based on patient needs.
- Provide daily treatments, track functional progress, and support discharge planning.
- Collaborate closely with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Manage a steady outpatient caseload while maintaining quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Support clinic flow and communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers.
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to practice in the state, required.
- Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
Schedule
- Shift: 5 x 8 Day shifts.
- Typical schedule: M-F 8a-5p.
