Position Overview

Inabia is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. The LPN will support resident care plans and ensure safe medication administration and patient monitoring.

Work Environment

This role is based in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility providing care to residents with chronic medical conditions and rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
Maintain clinical documentation and patient records.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Requirements

Active Iowa or Compact LPN/RN license
Minimum 2 years recent LTC experience
BCLS certification
Must complete background screenings and drug screening
Health requirements including:
2-step TB test
Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella immunizations

Schedule

8-hour night shifts
