Position Overview
Inabia is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team for Healthcare Center in Courtland, Virginia. This opportunity supports a skilled nursing setting and is well suited for a clinician who can manage evaluations, daily treatments, discharge planning, and collaborative care.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations, establish treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services aligned with patient goals.
- Provide daily treatments, monitor progress, and support discharge planning.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in skilled nursing rehab programming focused on functional recovery and safe transitions.
- Contribute to a team-based approach that prioritizes patient outcomes and quality care.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Prior SNF experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
Schedule
- Shift: 5 x 8 Day shifts.
