Linux operating and scripting Python with Api automation- scripting automation for day to day task Cryptography- how the cert works, and managing it Python or Java- understanding how they run and what they do Java really just needs to understand it, but doesn't need to actually code in it Python they must be able to script in it On call rotation- some model- once in 4-5 weeks- maintaining the incidents, and doing everything for on cal Enhancing the pipeline- when you are on call you are on call, when not on call you will be enhancing the stories Troubleshoot the issue, log in and see the logs, monitoring the problem, working on sitting it up Splunk and Dynatrace are huge pluses
