UAT Test Automation Lead
Overview
Inabia is looking for a UAT Test Automation Lead to help transform testing into a modern, scalable quality engineering function for Amazon Kuiper. This role blends hands-on automation, UAT coordination, and leadership across complex order-to-cash systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead UAT automation strategy across front-end, order management, billing, and invoicing flows
  • Design and enhance automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools
  • Automate order placement and evidence collection for UAT cycles
  • Coordinate UAT execution across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Support manual testing and evidence gathering when needed
  • Mentor QA engineers and promote automation best practices
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of QA or test engineering experience
  • Advanced experience in test automation frameworks
  • Strong understanding of UAT processes and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience testing complex transactional systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS services and cloud-native testing
  • Background in eCommerce, telecom, or ISP platforms

  • Employment Type: W2 - Long-term engagement
  • Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required without sponsorship. (no C2C)
  • Pay Rate - $55.00 - $65.00 per hr.
