Overview

Inabia is seeking a Technical Product Manager II — Enterprise SDK Integration to own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for enterprise SDKs, APIs, developer tools, and integration capabilities that enable customers and partners to programmatically manage complex connectivity and enterprise activation workflows. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, SDK architecture, API-first platform design, enterprise integration, and cross-functional technical delivery. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of technical product management experience in SDK, API, developer platform, networking, telecommunications, cloud, or enterprise SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SDKs, APIs, developer tools, and enterprise integration solutions
  • Own the SDK product roadmap and API surface area definition, including decisions around which enterprise workflows should be exposed programmatically
  • Prioritize SDK and API capabilities based on customer pain points, business objectives, technical feasibility, market demand, and platform readiness
  • Define the developer experience strategy to improve customer self-service, reduce implementation friction, and accelerate enterprise activation
  • Develop success metrics and track product performance across adoption, activation, utilization, retention, and onboarding success
  • Own the lifecycle of SDK products across multiple programming languages, platforms, enterprise personas, and deployment models
  • Partner with engineering teams to design SDK architecture, versioning strategies, release management processes, and backward compatibility standards
  • Improve developer productivity through tooling, documentation, sample applications, reference implementations, and technical playbooks
  • Drive API-first product design and advocate for best practices in developer experience, including clear documentation and scalable integration patterns
  • Define integration frameworks supporting enterprise customers, partners, internal platform teams, and third-party connectivity models
  • Lead initiatives involving REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, authentication and identity management, and cloud-native integrations
  • Develop activation strategies that accelerate customer time-to-value and reduce dependency on manual support intervention
  • Define onboarding journeys, implementation guides, adoption frameworks, and customer enablement materials
  • Monitor activation metrics and identify friction points in customer implementation workflows
  • Serve as the primary liaison across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Security, Compliance, Commerce, and Operations teams
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders and provide clear roadmap progress updates to executive leadership
  • Lead technical requirement gathering, feature prioritization, user story creation, release planning, and executive-level reporting
  • Coordinate dependencies across engineering and platform teams, track delivery milestones, identify risks, and drive resolution
  • Create written artifacts including 6-page narratives, business cases, product requirements, technical design summaries, and executive status updates
  • Establish KPIs for SDK adoption, API utilization, customer activation rates, and enterprise onboarding success
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize developer experience, customer activation, and enterprise implementation outcomes
  • Ensure SDK and API capabilities meet enterprise security, compliance, and readiness requirements including secure authentication, role-based access, and auditability

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technical environment
  • Experience managing SDK products, APIs, integration platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software products
  • Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud technologies, API design, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience working with engineering teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience driving roadmap alignment, technical requirements, release planning, and cross-functional execution across distributed teams
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON/XML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, developer portal platforms, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience with authentication, authorization, identity management, and role-based access control
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Technical Product Manager or hybrid Product/Delivery leader responsible for both strategy and execution
  • Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, API ecosystems, or marketplace ecosystems
  • Knowledge of API gateway technologies and enterprise SaaS products serving enterprise customers at scale
  • Familiarity with partner enablement and platform growth strategies
  • Experience delivering developer tools in networking, telecommunications, connectivity, or cloud infrastructure environments
  • Experience with B2B software integration patterns including bulk operations, batch processing, multi-region deployments, and multi-site enterprise implementation models
  • Experience working with commerce, billing, catalog, entitlement, service contract, or multi-party business models requiring cross-service coordination
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, making product trade-off decisions with incomplete information, and influencing teams without direct authority
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus
