Overview

Inabia is seeking a Product Architecture Lead for an 8–12-month W2 contract engagement supporting healthcare industry solutions. This senior role is responsible for owning the end-to-end design of customer-facing and business-facing solutions, encompassing solution architecture, agentic capabilities, and UI/workflow design. The successful candidate will translate business capability inventories into coherent, actionable, and buildable designs while leading cross-functional architecture teams in close partnership with product engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end design of customer-facing and business-facing product solutions.
  • Define and drive solution architecture, agentic capabilities, and UI/workflow designs across concurrent initiatives.
  • Translate business capability inventories into detailed, actionable designs that engineering teams can execute.
  • Lead and coordinate solution architects, agentic architects, and UI/workflow architects across multiple concurrent design workstreams.
  • Partner closely with product engineering teams to align architectural design intent with implementation execution.
  • Maintain solution coherence and architectural integrity across multiple teams and concurrent initiatives.
  • Ensure all solution designs align with the broader platform architecture and established enterprise standards.
  • Lead large-scale, multi-team architecture initiatives within complex healthcare environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Travel to client locations periodically as required; all travel expenses are covered.

Key Qualifications

  • Professional degree required.
  • 8+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
  • 8+ years of Agentic Design experience.
  • 8+ years of AI Workflow Design experience.
  • 8+ years of Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) experience.
  • 8+ years of Product Design experience.
  • Prior Healthcare industry experience is required.
  • Ability to work primarily remotely with periodic onsite travel to client locations in the Boston, MA area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert-level (P4) proficiency in Solution Architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, multi-team architecture programs in complex healthcare environments.
  • Advanced cross-functional expertise across Agentic Design, AI Workflow Design, Pharmacy Benefits Management, Product Design, and Solution Architecture.
  • Candidate based in or near Boston, MA preferred to facilitate client engagement.
