Job Description: Technical Project Manager (Ex-Comcast Preferred)

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for software development life cycle (SDLC) initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
Manage projects related to embedded systems, telecom, or video/broadcast product development.
Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to align project goals with business objectives.
Drive process improvements and innovative solutions to address operational challenges.
Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, providing transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably in telecom, embedded systems, or video/broadcast domains.
Strong expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Hands-on experience with embedded products, telecom solutions, or video/broadcast technologies.
Video/broadcast product development experience is mandatory.
Familiarity with RDK (Reference Design Kit) is a strong plus.
Proven ability to create and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, track progress, and adapt to changing requirements.
Strong leadership and influencing skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience working with Comcast or in the cable/entertainment industry.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Ability to analyze technical challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
