Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience managing multifamily architectural projects
Proven experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity
Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
Licensed Architect (California license preferred)
Experience managing client relationships, project teams, scope, fees, schedules, profitability, and collections
Strong mentoring and team leadership experience
