Required Skills & Experience

4–8+ years of telecom/wireless network operations experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with:
- STP (Signaling Transfer Point) in SS7 networks
- DRA (Diameter Routing Agent) in LTE/5G networks
Deep understanding of signaling protocols:
- SS7 (MTP, SCCP, ISUP, TCAP)
- Diameter protocol (S6a, Gx, Gy, Rx, etc.)
Experience with routing, global title translation (GTT), and signaling screening.
Knowledge of interconnect and roaming signaling flows.
Familiarity with LTE EPC and 5G Core architecture.
Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
Ability to analyze traces using protocol analyzers and logs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with vendor platforms such as:
- Oracle (Tekelec) STP / DRA
- Ericsson Signaling Controller
- Nokia STP / DRA
Exposure to virtualization (NFV) and cloud-native telecom deployments.
Experience with signaling security (firewalls, fraud detection, SMS filtering).
Familiarity with 5G signaling evolution (SBA, HTTP/2-based interfaces).
ITIL certification or incident/problem management experience.
