Occupational Therapist – Travel Assignment

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment with Continuum Rehab – Spanish Trails Wellness & Rehab in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This opportunity is within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and is suited for an Occupational Therapist who can contribute to a dynamic rehabilitation team.

Spanish Trails has a SNF census of approximately 120 with a high rehab-to-home population. The role includes evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges. Prior SNF experience is strongly preferred, and the facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the team within 2–3 weeks.

Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Prior SNF experience is strongly preferred

• Ability to work daytime shifts

• Ability to perform evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges

• Availability to join the team within approximately 2–3 weeks
