Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy assistant services within the assigned rehabilitation setting.
Carry out therapy activities under the established plan of care and appropriate supervision.
Observe patient response, document progress, and communicate updates to the therapy team.
Support safe use of the therapy space and available rehabilitation resources.
Meet the schedule, documentation, and productivity expectations of the assignment.

Qualifications

Current BLS certification.
Applicable state license or compact license.
New graduates are accepted.
Ability to meet the 90% productivity requirement.
Availability for five 8-hour day shifts.
