Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Inabia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Skilled Nursing team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care during night and mid/night shifts.

The ideal candidate is dependable, clinically competent, and comfortable working extended and overnight shifts in a long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN or physician

• Document nursing care, observations, and treatments in a timely and accurate manner

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to support resident health and well-being

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards

• Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents

Schedule & Workload

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

• Shifts:

  • (3) 8-hour night shifts

  • (1) 16-hour mid/night shift

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license (required)

• Skilled Nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Ability to work night and extended shifts

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
